Self Funding Patients
Self funding patients are required to pay at the end of each session.

Payment
We take cash, cheque, bank transfer, online payments and accept all major credit/debit cards, including: VISA, MasterCard and Maestro.

Private Health/Medical Insurance
Our Physiotherapy services are recognised by ALL private health insurance companies including AXA PPP, Pru Health/Vitality, Bupa, Simplyhealth, WPA, Cigna and others, and are usually able to invoice insurers directly for the cost of treatment. If our fees are to be covered by private medical insurance, please ensure that we have all relevant details prior to commencing treatment. Please check with your insurer or speak to one of our staff members if you are not sure.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
Please notify us in advance if you expect to be late or if you are unable to make your appointment. This allows other patients the chance to receive treatment. If you fail to inform us that you are unable to attend or you cancel your appointment giving less than 24 hours notice you will be charged a non-attendance charge equal to the cost of the appointment missed.
